9.2 The invalidity of a term of these User Terms does not result in the invalidity of the entire User Terms. Parties shall replace the invalid term(s) trough valid term(s) that correspond as much as possible with the meaning which acts as a fundamental of these User Terms.
9.3 Every dispute concerning these User Terms, the execution or interpretation of these User Terms, belong to the exclusive competence of the courts of Hasselt as a place where the obligation is originated, unless a particular rule indicates another competence.
The Belgian law shall be applied to these User Terms.
